PïAOMA is an online boutique specializing in the sale of handmade jewelry, as well as the assembly of jewelry from selected pieces. We offer personalized jewelry, made according to customer preferences, as well as ready-to-wear models that are available for sale without modification. Each product is carefully designed or assembled with care, using quality materials to offer unique creations.

These general terms and conditions of sale apply to all sales made on the website www.piaomabijoux.com. They govern all commercial relations between PïAOMA and its customers, whether consumers or professionals.
2. Product Information
The products offered for sale are those that appear on the Site at the time of ordering. Each product is accompanied by a description detailing its essential characteristics. Photos are not contractually binding.
3. Price
Product prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD), US dollars (USD), or euros (EUR), depending on the user's country. They do not include shipping costs, which will be added to the total amount during the order process.
Customs fees and import taxes may apply depending on the country of delivery. These fees are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the purchase price or delivery charges. The customer is responsible for checking with their country's customs authorities to find out about potential fees before making a purchase.

4. Orders
Orders are considered confirmed once payment is made. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details. PïAOMA reserves the right to refuse an order in the event of suspected fraud, stock shortages, or any other exceptional circumstances.
5. Payment
Payment for products is made online, by credit card or PayPal. All payment information is processed securely. PïAOMA does not store any banking information.
6. Delivery
Orders are shipped within 2 to 5 business days from order confirmation. Shipping costs are calculated based on the country of delivery and the weight of the order.
- Canada : Standard or express delivery depending on the province.
- United States : Standard or express delivery depending on the delivery address.
- France : Standard or express delivery, with estimated delivery times between 5 and 10 days.
Delivery times are approximate and may vary depending on transport conditions. PïAOMA cannot be held responsible for delivery delays due to external events.
7. Right of withdrawal and returns
You have 14 days (for Canada, the United States and France) from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, except for personalized or custom-made products which cannot be returned.
- Return : Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the event of an error on our part.
Once the return has been received and validated by us, we offer either a refund or a credit note valid for future orders.
8. Warranty
All products sold by PïAOMA are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects, in accordance with the legislation in force in each country. In the event of a manufacturing defect, we will exchange or refund the product.
