✨ Gold-plated stainless steel - gold plated

Stainless steel is resistant to water, oxidation, and everyday wear. Our gold models are coated with a thin layer of gold for a warm, luminous glow.

Care instructions:
- Avoid prolonged contact with perfumes, creams or chemicals.
- Clean gently with a soft, dry cloth to restore shine.
- Store your jewelry in a pouch or box when not being worn.

💎 Fine stones (rose quartz, moss agate, amethyst, etc.)

Each stone is unique and natural. Fragile when exposed to shocks and harsh products, they require special care.

Care instructions:
- Avoid exposing them to hot water, salt, or household products.
- Clean them with a soft, slightly damp cloth (without soap).
- Do not leave them in direct sunlight for long periods (risk of discoloration).

🌿 Freshwater pearls & natural pearls

Pearls are delicate, sensitive to acidity, cosmetics, and friction. They love to be worn... but also pampered!

Care instructions:
- Put on your pearls last when getting ready, after makeup and perfume.
- Wipe them after each wear with a soft cloth to remove residue.
- Store them away from metal jewelry to avoid scratches.

🌞 Bonus tip:

Even though some jewelry is water resistant, it is always best to remove it when sleeping, swimming or exercising to prolong its natural shine.

What are PïAOMA jewelry made of?

Our jewelry is crafted from 18- or 24-karat gold-plated stainless steel, natural gemstones, and freshwater pearls or mother-of-pearl. Each piece is carefully assembled by hand to ensure quality and durability.

Some models, carefully selected from trusted partners, are received already assembled without modification.
This information will be clearly indicated on the corresponding product sheet, in order to ensure total transparency.

Is your jewelry water resistant?

Stainless steel is resistant to water, perspiration, and time. However, we recommend avoiding prolonged contact with salt or chlorinated water to preserve the luster of pearls and gemstones.

Do you offer customizable jewelry?

Yes, it's the heart of PïAOMA! You can create your own unique piece of jewelry by choosing the chain and charms that suit you.

Customizable jewelry will include necklaces and bracelets, to be created according to your desires from a selection of inspiring charms.

Can I modify my order once it has been validated?

If your order has not yet been shipped, please contact us promptly with your order number. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

What are the delivery times?

We ship from Quebec. Delivery times vary depending on the country:
- Canada: 3 to 7 working days
- France / Europe: 7 to 14 days
- United States: 5 to 10 days

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we deliver to Canada, France, and the United States.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link.

Of course! All our jewelry comes in an elegant pouch. If you'd like a more refined presentation, you can add a gift box to your order (paid option available in the cart).

Do you offer a personalized note in the package?

Yes! Leave us your message in the space provided when ordering. It will be carefully included in the package.

📐 Sizes and Fits

How do I know if a necklace or bracelet will fit me?

Each product sheet contains the exact length. Our necklaces generally measure 40-45 cm with an adjustable chain depending on the model, and our bracelets measure between 16 and 18 cm. Details will be listed on the product sheet.

Are your rings adjustable?

Yes! Many of our models are adjustable to fit different finger sizes.

💬 Returns & After-Sales Service

Can I return a piece of jewelry?

Non-personalized jewelry can be returned within 14 days of receipt, if unworn. Personalized jewelry is non-exchangeable and non-refundable, except in the case of a defect.

My jewelry arrived damaged, what should I do?

Contact us by email as soon as you receive your confirmation, along with a photo. We'll do everything we can to find a quick solution.

Do the prices include taxes?

For orders within Canada, taxes are calculated in the shopping cart. For international orders, customs fees may apply depending on the country. (Please check with the government websites of the country concerned.)

Can I pay in my currency?

Yes, the currency is automatically displayed according to your country: CAD, EUR or USD.
